Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Our delivery fees is $15.00 or $20.00 (for addresses that 17km away from our store or more).
Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our designers to make those arrangements.
If order was out for delivery but recipient was not at home, refuse to accept flowers etc - delivery fee is non refundable.
If you need to make changes to your order after it has been placed, please visit our Contact Us page or Live Chat and complete the relevant form for the change. Since each order is processed immediately, it is crucial to submit any changes as soon as possible. In the rare instance that your change cannot be applied due to high order volume, we will notify you via email, so please ensure you include your email address when submitting your request.
While we strive to accommodate specific delivery times, we cannot guarantee them. If you have a preferred delivery time, please enter it in the "special instructions" box during checkout.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery times to rural routes or cemeteries, and orders to rural areas may require additional charges.
Orders already in the design process or out for delivery cannot be modified or canceled.
If you request that the delivery be left with someone other than the recipient, we will follow your instructions but are not responsible if the recipient does not receive the order. For instance, if you authorize us to leave the flowers on the porch if the recipient is not home, we will do so, but you release us from liability if the recipient does not receive them.
Most products are available in three different price tiers: Small, Medium, Large, allowing you to upgrade the item.
Prices for certain items may increase around major holidays. If you place an order before a price increase occurs, we will do our best to honor the original price, but under certain conditions, we may need to contact you for additional funds or adjustments. If prices do not rise, the item’s price will remain unchanged for the holidays.
We gladly accept international orders if placed by calling our shop directly.

As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last long.
If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns.
As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, Keep Blooming reserve the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look”. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.
If no name is specified for the “card message”, will will put the name of the sender on the card.
